Holiday Inn Express Scottsbluff - Gering, an IHG Hotel

Clean, excellent staff. The elevator was not working. At check-in the clerk asked me if, given that, I preferred the first floor rather than the third. I did. They serve a hot breakfast and I noticed that the cleaning staff were eating. I mentioned to the clerk that I appreciated that they took care of their staff. She responded that with the elevator issue, their GM was trying to let staff know how much their hard work was appreciated. All in all, a Midwest nice experience.

Friendly staff ready with information about the facilities and where to eat. After a long drive, happy hour drinks were very welcome. Room was a good size, clean and everything worked.

Service was great and our room was very clean! Breakfast was good, had everything we wanted! Would definitely stay again!

Our room was very nice, clean and ready for us when we got there early. Breakfast was wonderful, we usually leave before breakfast is ready, but we stayed for breakfast. The staff was very helpful with answering out questions. We will stay again when we are in the area.
